Sci Bus

Project type:

Sci Bus was a bus-based poster campaign, targeted at young adults, reaching an audience of 25 million in 12 languages.

After a significant period of audience testing, specially devised posters were displayed in the capitals of all 15 members of the EU, during European Science and Technology Week 2002 [Nov 4th-10th].

The project was devised by Graphic Science, in partnership with  UWE and with support from EMBO (European Molecular Biology Organisation).

The aim was to encourage discussion and debate about the role that science and technology should play in addressing issues like food shortages, poor communication, health problems and traffic jams.
