what we do awareness
We believe in finding new and innovative ways to take science and engineering issues directly to the public, in order to raise awareness of important scientific issues and the impact science has on all aspects of all our lives. These have taken the form of poster campaigns on public transport, through to events in public spaces.

Projects have included:

Engineering for Life Photography Competition: Photography Competition for Cardiff University and EPSRC, designed to get people in Wales thinking about the impacts of medical engineering in everyday life.

Darwin Now: Design of activities to support British Council's international Darwin Now exhibition

The 100 Ideas House: An energy efficiency campaign, featuring a custom built 'house' displayed in shopping centres.

ZeroCarbonCity: Wraparound activities for the British Council's international campaign.

Event in a Tent: A co-ordinated graphics campaign and market research for a technology transfer programme.

Sci Bus: An international bus poster campaign

Pub Genius: A science-based pub quiz.

Science on the buses: A national UK bus poster campaign.

Science in the Fast Lane: Science demonstrations on motorways.
