Above: Ben presenting the workshop Communicating Chemistry was a one-day workshop we devised for the Royal Society of Chemistry, to take place at the University of Birmingham, during their Annual Meeting in July 2001. The aim of the workshop was to to encourage chemists to commit their time to communicating chemistry to lay audiences, and to encourage applications to the Royal Society of Chemistry's Chemistry Week grants scheme.
