About Meet the Gene
Machine
Meet the Gene Machine is a drama debate designed to enhance dialogue of bioethical issues such as the social and ethical implications of genetic testing. Further details. CPD: teacher training and resources The project comprised a continuing professional development component, featuring a teacher training course and specially devised resources. As a result, many teachers have been trained to instigate classroom activities that inform and encourage discussion about bioethics and the human implications of science. Further details. Facilitator training We were also responsible for designing and delivering a facilitator training workshop to prepare presenters for the delivery of the teacher training workshops.
